Improvements included new reception, registration, check out and medical records areas, conversion of areas into treatment rooms, relocation of mechanical and electrical to accomodate new layout and new flooring throughout.

Approx. 6.083 sq. ft tenant improvement of shell space for Perinatal doctor office. Project included waiting area, custom reception area and millwork, custom mobile medical record storage, exam rooms, patient consult rooms, and administrative offices.
Lifesource Chiropractic
Approx 2,919 sq. ft Design Build Tenant Improvement. Project consists of all coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and installation of systems, custom casework, modifications to fire suppression system, flooring and private restroom.

Approx 3,895 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement for children’s pediatric office. Project consists of check in area, waiting rooms, x-ray room, operative rooms, sanitary room, mechanical rooms for dental equipment, custom stone at reception areas and restroom.

Approximatly 4,000 sqft medical tenant improvement to include lead-lined X-Ray room.
UNMH Clinic Upgrades
Remodel and upgrade four (4) satellite clinics for UNMH code compliance.
Larmour Oral Surgery
Approx 2, 480 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement for dentist office. Project includes new interior doors and frames, storefront, coordination with dental equipment provider for installation of all dental equipment, med gas installation and custom millwork.
Lovelace 2nd Floor Restroom Remodel
Approx. 500 sq. ft. renovation of 2nd Floor Restrooms at Lovelace Medical Center Downtown. Project consisted of demolition, installation of new partitions, solid surface vanities, new ceramic tile, modification of existing plumbing systems, new bathroom accessory installation.
