With a background as a project manager and estimator for a major commercial contractor, Damian brings extensive experience managing projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $10 million. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has guided multiple LEED-certified projects from planning through closeout. Under his leadership, Insight has grown into a trusted name in construction, driven by a commitment to client satisfaction and excellence in every detail.
